spark plug lead fell apart?

when i went to change my plug on my trx 06 bike,The lead to the plug disintergrated in to little metal pieces from inside the lead?Has this happened to anyone else and would it be covered by the warranty?

not real sure what your taking about. the plugs are platnuim and every thing else is ceramic. the little tiny peice in the middle is platnuim and the white stuff around is ceramic and the little peice that bent over is metal so what peice are you talking about?
