Starter removal - 1999 Polaris Trailblazer

I need to know how to remove the starter from my '99 Polaris Trailblazer 250. I've removed two long bolts on the left side of the bike and a bracketed bolt on the opposite side of the starter - the side near the clutch cover. This starter is still not budging at all, though. This is all that the repair manual said to do, but there HAS to be something else....another bolt or something.

Any advice?

Is there another bolt bracket on top of the starter, above the one that I've removed? If so, how do I access it? Does the clutch cover have to be removed to acess it?.
