Does anybody have information on a aftermarket rod and pancake bearing setup ? This is the third time the ball bearing siezed to the rod in 4 rides. I have the 421 cubs with lockout clutch. There has to be a better setup than the stock rod and ball bearing.

I had this happen alot when i first built my 4 mil. The pancake bearing really is the only sure for it.

It seems to be a problem for bikes that stay in gear with the clutch pulled alot. I usually just leave mine in gear and off the clutch going back down hills which was where mine would always do it.

I got mine from Farm and Sand Toys, but most builders can supply you with the parts you need.

It's kind of a pain in the *** to set it up(you'll see), but be patient and do it right once.
