oil pan broke

I was changing my oil today and when i was taking the bolt out of the bottom of the oil pan, the whole thing broke out, do you think i would be able to fix it with J B weld for a while until i get a new one.

I don't like JB Weld at all. Honestly, pull off your reservoir, take it down to any shop that can weld aluminum... have them tig it up for you real quick shouldn't cost more than $20.. unless the shop has a min welding fee.

look on ebay for a used one. I think the risk isnt any where near the reward if you do "patch it" no motor is tough enough to run without oil, it is a good investment

Same thing happened to me... Definitely replace it.. and make sure that damn washer doesn't fall off again, that will save you trouble....
