whats the best way to get out an allen head bolt with a stripped head, it is the bolt on the front brake calliper , that hold the pads in, im lost and need some help, thanks

You've got two choices. You can drill the bolt out and retap the hole or you can get one of those "bolt out" bits that have a reverse thread and will unscrew it.

I can't really remember what it looks like, but you should even be able to get a pair of vice-grips on there, or channel locks, and turn it that way.

that happened to me i had to buy new calipers :mad:

I think heads and seats are chamfered, so the head sets flush.

correct! Just weld on a bolt and then use that to back it out...this is why you use never seize!!!
