i have an 88 suzuki lt 80 quadsport that has been 85% restored.
frame has been powder coated candy blue,a-arms are stock and powder coated silver hammertone(or silver vien),steering stem is powder coated silver hammer tone,foot peg mounting bracket,emergency brake lever,fender mounting bracxkets are also hammertone.other misc. hardware powder coated also.
new rubber foot pegs,throttle cable,brake cables,ac nerf aluminum nerf bars,front bumper,chain,sprockets,james lucky chain tentioner with roller,front brake shoes and rear,rear used dg aluminum bumper,extended dura blue axle,stock bars,blue scott grips.douglass 8 " rear aluminum rims.stock front and rear tires and rims.tires are dry rotted.stock shocks,painted
new dark blue maier front and rear fenders.stock blue seat.nose piece and tank have been painted oem blue with fusion plastic spray paint due to fading.originaly tank & nose piece were blue with white plastics.
theottle housing and vrake controls have been glass beaded.all brake drums,spindles have been glass beaded and painted with ford tractor spray paint.new holland blue.
engine has been completly glass beaded and left natural aluminum for future polishing.engine has been completly rebuilt by local suzuki dealer.has a wiesco piston.new reed cage,rebuilt carberator.new uni foam filter.gear box has been completly rebuilt also.i spent 850.00 on engine alone.never been ran .clutches are stock and not yet installed.clutch cover is glass beaded with new oil injector pump installed.all gaskets are mew.all bushings and bearings are tight
i bought my son a redcat 110 so progress has stopped on lt 80.selling to save money for an extreme 90 race quad for him.
quad needs clutghes installed,new belt,exhaust pipe and some other misc. items to be a complete rebuilt new quad,i have 3,100.00 invested.ASKING 2,200.00 OBO.MY LOSS YOUR GAIN.
EXTRASstock reed cage w/ new carbon fiber reeds:stock a arms,shocks,steering stem,factory white plastics crack free with oem warning decals still on them but show ware,scratched up.more stock parts but not exactly sure what i have.pretty sure i have all stock parts extra foe a rolling chassiss but frame and motor
my son wants to race so i want to get him a race quad already set up.
