my lil' bro. needs help jetting

Trying to help my lil' bro jet his 05 400ex. just installed HMF slip on and a uni filter and wants to run without the lid (most of the time ) reinstall it for wet conditions. Everything else stock.
My elevation is 3000'. temps about 50 deg.

anyone have anything similar that can help me out? What brand of jets?
