Dyna FS ignition

I have a 01 CR250 ignition on my R and read that the Dyna black box for the 01 CR250 was an upgrade. The CR ignition is already great, anyone have any info on this Dyna black box? Right now you can't get a new one, but I heard they might be coming out again.

Found some interesting stuff about it on Dyna's web site. Looks like you can programe your own curves and have two curves avalible with a handle bar switch. Plus a hotter spark.

Also checked out the Vortex ignitions, looks to be the same and are available for the 01 CR250.

I wonder which one is better or if they are worth it over the stock 01 CR250 black box.

You probably should check with dyna on this to be sure, but I think I remember others saying the were disappointed because they don't make that programable box for the cr ignition any longer? I'm still saving mine for the stock R ignition for when I do a different motor project, but I will tell you I don't use mine with race fuel.

I know vortex sells the boxes, they are pricey though. I like how they have a switch on them to change the power curve, from all-out power to traction on slippery stuff.
