450r carb hot start?

ight i got a 450r carb and it came with a hot start cable should i hook it up and how do i hook it up and what do i need other then the cable?and i f i dont hook it up what do i do to get rid of it?o and the choke whats the best way to set it up or cut it so i can use it?another thing do i run the 450 throtle cable the same route the stock 400ex cable is ran.and with my mods how should i jet the carb?(my mods are in my sig.)
ive been tryin to use the other fourms bout installin a 450 carb but im not too sure on these questions...

Here is mine. There is some modding that needs to be done to do the carb. You do not need the Hot start. I plugged the hole with RVT silicon. The choke need to be redone. The airbox boot needs to be heated up or trimmed inside for the carb to fit. The tank needs to be raised a little bit to clear the carb. You need a 450r throttle cable.

thanks man that helped... but does any one have the hot start hooked up? and what kinda lever do i use too hook it up...

You don't use the hot start. It doesn't work on this bike. It's for the 450's with the kickstart. It helps with kicking a hot motor. All you need to do is block it of. Thats it

yeah what 300exrider said.. i would think it would be alot cleaner if u didi that?
