which cam?

i have herd that you can get a CRF cam and put it in yout 450 and it will give you a lil more power than a hotcam will...i was wantin to know which cam it is, what year and all of that good stuff...

Hot Cams Stage 2 will outperform the CRF Cam's in ANY year 450R.

yah i like them too but i can get a discoun on the CRF or hotcam and i cant get a discount on the balwin...so them are my only two choices...

im running an 02 crf cam in mine...i like it alot better than hc2. i was told the crf cam has really close specs to teh curtis sparks drop in cam...

A cam cant really be better than another cam....they all make more power, but it just depends where you want that power...up top, middle, down low?

I am running the Sparks cam in one of my 05 engines, and also like it alot more than the Hotcam that was in it.

I'm running the 02 CRF cam in my 04 450r.If your looking for bottom end this cam is awesome!.

I bought the CRF cam from someone(dirtdevilbt) on this site and i beleive he is or was running a hot cams, cam.He could probably give you a lot more info on the two cams.

Also i saw a 02 CRF cam for sale yesterday on 450r.org

yah...im puttin a 06' CRF cam in my 06 450 and well see how it comes out...im also puttin a Hinson Clutch in it and a few other odds and ins...should be nice!
