cant get bearings out

iv tried to punch them out but they wont budge, can someone tell me how

id bust the bearing apart with a screw driver and a hammer and then there should me a metal race left then id get a dremial out and start grinding....thats how i did mine...there might be an easyer way but dont know?

Weld a piece of metal on the metal part of the bearing and hit it out pops right out , i did it and works great.
