mp3 files up and down folders

how do i put mp3s on a cd and have them go up and down folders beacuse my stero is capable of doing it and i want to know how to plzz help me i am using i tunes but i can download anything else needed. thanks.

im not positive, but if you make a data mp3 cd in itunes, that might do it. i havnt had good luck with the regular mp3 option.... try it, lemme know if thats what your talkin about.
