I think yours is ajustable it's the 07's I think that are non ajustable. For your jetting start with a 42 pilot, 155 main.

The 2005 does NOT have an adjustable needle... sorry. But the 1999-2004 needles work well.

HMF slip-on, no lid.

I'd run a:
170 K main
1999-2004 needle on the third notch up from bottom
#42 pilot

You'll need to buy an adjustable.

You can order a stock adjustable needle for a 1999 to 2004 carb (it will fit yours too) from www.servicehonda.com

Name: NEEDLE JET
Part Number: 16012-HN1-003
Price: $24.54

A DynoJet kit ($55.00) comes with an adjustable needle, 10 various sized jets, and the much needed "D" shaped fuel screw tool for 05 and Up Carbs. I got the kit and used the needle and fuel screw tool but, stuck with keihin jets.

I'd start with a 155K or 158K. I run a similar set up as you and I have a 158K Main and 42K Pilot with the fuel screw 2 1/2 turns out from lightly seated. Clips on 3rd slot down on the needle.

Here's a picture of my plug after jetting. Paper bag brown means you're dead on. It took a while but, looks like I got it.

You can also just buy a rebuild kit for the carb, as it comes with an adjustable needle and regular fuel screw. Here's one on ebay for 19.95 - Item # 260052521319. This way you can save the other stuff in the kit when you have to service the carb.

There are 6 slots on a Dynojet adjustable needle (see picture below) Start with it on the 3rd slot down from the top. If it bogs a lot at mid-throttle range than move the clip UP on slot. If it back fires or pops than move the clip DOWN one slot.
