Frame problems

I have an 03 Z440, and i rac MX, i can not decide whether to tear it down and gusset it now, or wait for that first crack, and then do it al at once, so what do u think?

i would do it before you get the crack, preventative maintenance, then you wont have to fix the crack and worry about it breaking again.

I would do it ASAP. I know those had issues with the weak front shock mounts. Jumping it will just cause it to happen sooner then later...

dude i would send it out to pappy and have him do the gussiting and have him powder coat it

I dont think any amount of gusseting is going to help an 03 suzuki frame. I would look at getting one of the newer models frames as they are the GEN 2 frames. The early ones had major problems. My buddy had both of his front down tubes right under the front shock mounts rip in half. I have never seen a metal tube fail like that in my life, and this was before he started racing! Suzuki knows they had a problem as they gave him a new frame for free.
