what kind of suspension?

I am a big guy 6'2" and 205 lbs. I have a 2007 450ER, I dont do any serious track riding, but like to ride on the tracks some when I go riding. The suspension is completly stock, and when I jump a long ways the shocks will bottom out. I dont want to change A-arms because I still do a lot of trail riding. Is there one shock or another that is better for this situation?

Your best, and probably cheapest bet would be to have your stock shocks revalved and resprung. C&D Racing from this site, GT Thunder, and Derisi Racing are all good choices.

If you wanted to spend a little extra money, you could buy Elka's and have a little more adjustment than stock. But I think you will be more than happy with the revalves.
