Whats wrong with my task manager?

Usually whenever i turn my computer on i open the task manager and close kodak and such stuff taht automatically opens that i dont need. a couple of weeks ago i open the task manager to find that all the other tabs are missing and the close, minimize, and fit to screen buttons are gone:confused: now when i close it i have to go to the icon down by the clock, right click, then click close. anyone have an idea how to fix it? below is a pick of what it looks like.
