what is the original type and kind of plug for a 2000 400ex

NGK DPR8Z or DPR9Z either one works.

The 9 is a colder plug than the 8. In other words, the 9 transfers more of it's heat into the head. The 8 retains more heat.

my spark plug blows out of my motor lol due to lack of threads i am gunna neeed to tear down the head and bring it to the dude that built it the funny thing is it shots out i put it back in and its good to go hhaa it happens every couple of months not something that happens all the time
