Needs pics of the kicker kit. What's in it?

Kind weird... I'm having the guy that bought one of my old YFZ's, take the kicker out of my old bike to sell back to me. Well, he never put one in, I can't remember what all I need out of it, and we don't live close. So I need pictures of all the parts that are in it.
