400ex parts on a 250ex?

i am replacing my carb and front shocks on my 400ex and my freind has a 250ex would the stock front shocks and carb fit on his 250ex or not and if thay do would thay make it any better?

I doubt the shocks will trade. I have both machines and the 400s are longer. Ill check leter tonight though. Ill check about the carb, too.

carb will no fit. unless you made some sort of intake boot for the 250, even then it would be too big of a carb for that motor anyway. the shocks are too long, may be able to use them with abracket similar to the one used to put the 400ex shocks on a 300ex.

Its a no go on the parts. Unless you can modify some brakets or something like said above.
