I saw on here a while ago that there was a place in NJ. That you can get your quad to glamis on a tractor trailer, for not a whole lot of money, anybody know anything about this? There is about 5 of us that want to go over thanksgiving weekend. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Glamis is really cool but if I didn't only live 2 hours away I wouldn't make a special trip.Alot of jerkoffs and mexicans there that all they want to do is show off.I went this year for Halloween and Thanksgiving and there are so many damn people you can hardly ride. I think 98% of the people that go there are there to show off and really have no riding skills or etiquette.

As for your question I have no idea but if you have local dunes I would just go there.Glamis is a good experience but for the cash and hassle you are looking at I think you will be disappointed.

I dont know about one that goes from NJ.. But, glamistrips.com goes from NY. I think it is something like 550 a bike, but I think they only go like once a year. Thought about doing it once, but if I went all the way to Cali, I'd want to go other places too.

I'm going down to Glamis in february with the guys from Glamistrips.com. Hoping it's a good time, it's my first time riding on the west coast.
