is the a-arms and shocks all long travel compatable off a 04-05 for 06?...FOr a Honda Trx450R

They are compatible from 04-05. If you use the 04/05's on anything newer you will need the 04/05 spindles as well. This works vice versa for the 06-07 stuff.
