i know that with the eseries and k&n power kit i noticed a big difference. i dunno bout the carb ive never rode a 400 wit one

With a pipe, K&N filter, and stage II jet kit you should expect a 10-15% power increase.

I Don't think the carb will help too much without a bigger, higher compression piston and cam.

the carb is awesome! its a beast and it comes pre-jetted for your current mods thats the best part

Yea a better air filter you'll prolly even feel it.. Take the lid off to if you spray the filter good and dont go mudding. just playing or at a track and you'll feel it. Atleast i do. But a pipe and filter and jetting would be great

I have the e series, K&N filter w/ outerware, and jet kit. It a big difference. It was almost scary at first. Now im used to it and want to go big bore!!!

pipe jet kit and filter are deff worth the money. I dont think a carb would do that much unless you had higer compression or bigger CC's
