I am not sure about ceramic pipe but I had the same problem on my YFZs Pro Circuit. It is important to notice it on time (pefectly while the quad is still running). Before the pipe cools down just try taking everything off with a small knife.
After I did it, I still had some stuff left, so I just took some 1500 grit sandpaper and worked with it for around 10 minutes. Everything was perfect as if never there!!! I am not sure about ceramic pipes though

That's happened to my father's harley. What he did was ran the bike to get the pipe nice and hot. After he got it hot he took some car polish on a rag a wiped it off. After it cooled down he just wiped the rest off and as good as new.

I was gonna say steel wool or take a blow torch to it, it will melt it off and they are jeans so they are mostly lint and cotton, and man you don't even KNOW how good that stuff burns.

So I say take a torch to it.
