I have a problem with melting my pants on my head pipe and it looks terrible so does anyone here know of a way to get that stuff off of a Ceramic coated head pipe without ruining the ceramic coating?

If its the HRC header then all you have to do is put your old heat sheild on. It does require a little tweaking of the heat sheild but I was able to do it with the old clamps. It is a nice way to "look" stock :) and save your pants

if you just leave it there, it will burn off eventually

So the mothers polish does not ruin the Ceramic coating

When crap gets baked on there I spray wd-40 on there and scrub it off. Works pretty good.
