I have about 200 dollars to spend and i am looking to buy some boots. Any suggestion to the top boots for that kind of money. I am going to try some one but would like some suggestions for the ones to look at.

you dont need riding boots, unless you're riding on the tracks that suggest them, timberlands or work boots are fine. but i would get fox, when i had mine, i loved them, dont remember the name, but they were only like $120 and they were real comfy

i just picked up a set of the new alpinestar tech 3s, they were under 200 and are extremely comfortable, perfect for quadin. i highly recommend them

ive got a set of tech 8's and love them, however to stay under $200 i would get the fox trackers i believe they are 120-140? pretty nice boots my friend had a set of them

Alpinestar Tech 6 is the best boot for under $200 they are barely under at $199 but with boots you get what you pay for. Worst boot I ever owned were Thor. Broke my ankle and crushed my heel while wearing them.

the thor quadrants are really good..i have a pair and i love them...they're really comfortable and they aren't too expensive

I've only worn Alpine Stars (only had one pair.....still) My b-i-l just bought some Thor's and hated them. Wore them about 6 times before he bought some Alpine Stars (he hasn't got to wear them yet)

Go try some on. That will tell you more than we can.

me too, only alpinestars. had them for 11 years, i got a 2nd pair, but have not wore them because the first pair hasn't worn out yet. nice and comfortable boots.

i guess ill be going tomorrow to try on some boots to see which kinda i feel is comfortable. Are the alpine boots close to what shoe you wear say if you wear a size 9 shoe what size do you think the boot will be.
