What motor does it have? Is the rear end not included or just needs to be bolted up? I am mostly interesed in the motor if you would part out. I am in CA so pickup wouldn't be a problem.

chrome parts are steering stem,a arms motor mounts tie rods
it doesnt come with the motor or pipe or electronics or rear rims and tires. comes with the axle carrier brake system but not the swingarm, also doesnt have front brakes
