does the race front shock front dentonracing.com come with rezys? can u get it made for xc, etc? how do you like these? is there a better/cheaper place to get them. any info is greeatly appreciated. thanx

Yes all PEP Shocks have Rezzy`s. They build them however you want them and for you and your skills. Check out Baldwin Motorsports (http://www.baldwinmotorsports.com)

Yeah you could. The $600 Shocks are the Standard Race, then you step up to $750 for Limited Mass, then $900 for the top of the line ZPS.

whats the difference between the standard race and the limited mass? are they better than works? cause i dont feel like spending that much money (600, standard race) on shocks that arent that great, info is real good (owner report similar type thing)

All of the PEP Shocks are better then Works. I suggest to get the Limited Mass if you can. They have bigger shafts, and other things the Standard Race don`t.

Yeah the Limited Mass are just better all around then the Standard Race. Then if you want to go for the Best, the ZPS are what your looking for.

naa i dont need the best, but i love it newayz. lol. i figure im 13, dont race, and dont jump too bug yet so ill prob get limited mass. is there ne pics of them on bikes? thankx, ps i need ground clearance so i dont think id get the zps, (i think they lower it a lil bit) but 75o is a good price range to me. first i need to convince my parents to let me buy them, i have the cash. but warriorman, do u think i shud get motor work or suspension first? just an opinion

No question in my mind to go with the Suspension/Chassis first. You will be amazed how much faster you ride with new shocks, and even faster if you get a-arms and a axle. If you go with the Motor work you may be going faster, but if you had new shocks you would be going much faster. I don`t think anything compares to Shocks.

for 750$ range u may want to look into elka triple rates with ssd and compression adjustable... talk to the quadshop they will hook u up with a set of pep or elka shocks and they can have elkas to u in a week and pep to u in a few months...

ok heres the deal.. limited mass are basically the exact same shock as the zps except without the zps spring, i used to have the race series and they were awesome, they handled evry jump and square edged bump i could throw at them..it sounds like you need the race series...

ur in for a long wait... elkas are a week... pep are months when i asked it was 4 to 6...

i got my elkas in 10 days,,, very happpy, verry nice product,,,sry to be unloyal to the quadshop but aslo call jd performance, they gave me an unbelievable price,,, its so crazy im not allowed to tell it.... look in my sig for the link

i just ordered NEW ZPS shocks from Baldwin. he said id have them in 8-10 weeks. i dont think that wait is bad considering how good the shocks are. i am a dealer through baldwin so i dont know how long the wait is for most people.

Yeah he said the wait was 8-10 weeks, but it may be longer.

Oh well you are lucky. My brother is needing some new Shocks and wanted the PEP ZPS, but I think he is gonna get the TCS because the wait for PEP is just nuts.

OJ250r, From the sounds of it you know somebody that works at PEP or Wayne himself. That would be great if you could help out.

TRX400ex, I just checked out your Shocks and those are like New, if he had the money now he may consider getting them, but right now he is saving his money and trying to sell other parts so he can get some Front Shocks.

My fronts were $725 and my Rear was $300. I got them from Scott at Full Throttle MX. He is a great guy and I recomend him.
