I just got some Renthal LTR-R Bend and I can't fit the oem plastic back on in between the bar and the cross bar. What should I do..?

Do you have an R or an ER?

Well, If you have an R....

All's I did when I got my Pro-Tapers was remove the Key and Oil light from the dash, then I Just left my key in the "on" position and zip tied it under my hood. then I took my oil temp light and zip tied that to one of my cables so that I could still be seen! Check it out...

I pretty much did the same thing... I have an R by the way. Thanks for getting back to me. Any thoughts on my AC racing nerb bar issue....

problem is; Trying to instal my blackline relocated bars and I need to find a straight allenwrench that can fit in the tube on the back bolt. WTF?

don't you mount the pegs before you actually slide the nerf bar on??? i just installed my ac pro pegs not the relocated peg, but i assume they are the same. maybe i'm confused about what you are needing. do you have any pics??

For my switch, I just drilled a hole in the radiator shrouds just above the front fender. It's easy to get to and looks clean.

I don't have any pictures as I am at work. The pegs go on seperately and the post gets bolted to the frame. The problem is that I need to put the 8mm Allen bolt on and I can't tighten the back bolt as it;s where the post is.

I tightened both Allenhead screws with a normal allen wrench on my propegs:confused:

Hey when i bought my relocated pro pegs all i did was cut the bend off of the allen wrench then use an 8mm socket with an extension on one end to reach in and tighten the bolts. Make sure you use locktite though i made the mistake of not using it and last weekend the bolt in the tube came out and theres no way to get to it out in the middle of the woods so you have to ride back with one peg.

On the front fender infront of my tank, I put my temp light into my flexxbars bar pad

here a pic where you can see the ignition [key whole]

i put mine in the same place as MAD did (except on the other side) and i think it looks cooler than stock and when you relocate it like that it looks like you did more than you actually did:D
