I plan on buying some new tires for my R, I've got the stock rims and currently have ice tries mounted to it. I plan to take the ice tires off and put on another tire.

Question is, the current tire size is 20x10x9 ... can I fit say a 20x11x9 tire on the stock rim? 20 is the overall size of tire right? 9 is the size of rim too right? What does the 10 or 11 stand for??

Thanks!
Matt

Yes, Yes and Yes. The 10 or 11 is the width of the tire.

Seems that 20x11x9 is a popular size.

Thanks for your help

20x9x10

20=Tire hieght

9=Rim hieght

10=Tire width

I just bought 2 rear Holeshots for my 250r and got them, I got 20x9x10. I don't want them to be wide and look gay. Get 6-ply if you don't want to pop them in the trails, I popped mine while racin, some other guys crew helped me out a lot and threw 5 plugs in it and gave me air. How nice are those guys eh? Yeh well have fun changin them if you change them yourself.:devil:

I thought the last number was rim diameter. Most of the paddles I've looked at buying say 22x11x8 and 8 is the rim diameter and 11 is the tire width...?

well isn't wheel height and diameter the same thing since it's round and all???

its not the 2nd number that talks about it- the 2nd number is width and the 3rd number corresponds to the wheel
