need jetting help *please*

I have had so much trouble with my quad and jetting , i just can never get it right. It either cuts out @ 1/4 throttle , 1/2 or full. I have tried plenty of different main jets (170 , 172 . 175 & 180) & pilot jets (48 & 50). I have had the stock needle on the 3rd clip & 4th. I have also adjusted the a/f screw plenty. I just wanna start all over from the begining. So , im calling all jetting guru's........ If you was handed my quad with my mods (in sig) , what main , pilot , what needle clip & how many turns out on the a/f screw? By the way , i have taken the carb apart and it's spotless with no dirt or grime. Please help!!!

whats your biggest main jet? i would start off with your biggest main jet 3 1/2 turns out on a/f screw and everything else stock. needle on 3rd slot and 48 pilot. what exactly does your bike do on this?

I'm running a full Rossier system as well, a UNI filter and open airbox.

I use a 185 main, 50 pilot and a HRC(CRF) needle on the third clip, a/f screw 2 1/2 turns out. Hope this helps.

I think you need to go bigger on the main and buy a hrc needle. if you go wppracing.com they have hrc needle kits that come with a 185 main.

I run whats in my sig.. Works perfect.. Id try a 190+ main.

You will get it man.. It just takes time. It drove me frickin crazy trying to get mine dead on;)
