416ex

My friend is trying to sell his 416ex to pay for some stuff for his 450. It's a '99 and it great shape. It runs awesome and is definetely the strongest 416 I've ever come across.

Details:
-Motor-416 wiseco piston, porting by Laz at GT Thunder (specifically done for this motor/carb/pipe combo), Oversized valves, FCR carb, GT Thunder exhaust. I think it also has a Hinson clutch basket but I'm not positive
-Lonestar +2+1 a-arms
-Laeger +1.25 swinger and billet carrier
-Durablue +4 axle
-GT Thunder rebuilt/resprung rear shock
-450r front shocks
-maier front plastic, stock rear
-Aluminum air box
-k&n filter
-I forget the rest:o

It needs different rear tires (has stock 450r ones now) and nerf bars to be ready to race.

This bike is fast and solid, never given him any problems.

I can speak for him on that one....a Z is a slug compared to this thing, plus he's already got a 450r so he has no need for another quad.

hows it run with his 450?? Im trying to sell my another quad and i might be interested when i get the cash..

It runs amazingly well for a 416. I think it's the porting that sets it aside.

As for being compared against HIS 450 I don't know, but I have seen him win the open quad class on it when his 440 blew up and he had to use it as a backup. He was racing against all 450's that time and had no problem staying at the front of the holeshot and ending up with the win in that moto.
