I think its that plastic that cingmars rides on his dirtbike. It costs a lot of money and if you fall or you get rooster real bad it comes off. Its basically for show.

Why the he** is the price so secretive? Is it because you are so much richer than the rest of us, and we couldn't afford it, so there is no point for us to know. I don't mean to be a pain in the a**, but if you ask how much I paid for any part on my bike I would tell, and I know I have parts that are more expensive than those plastics.

Full set of TCS Zero Preload shocks, $1500. If you paid more than $600 get your money back. Sure their unique and cool looking, but that's a lot of money.

I am not sure why you are so worried about the price that was paid for them........A new set of Standard Fullbore will set you back $500.00, so how you came up with 600 is beyond me.
By the way.....Your shocks did not cost as much. Being that you bought TCS.........If I were you I'd ask for all my money back on those.

I know regular fullbore are like $500, I thought maybe an additional $100 for chrome. Old seven you are insane, if they cost you over $1500 That is fu*king crazy. I believe they do look *****in', but that is a crap load of money. I have seen your raptor before the chrome plastic and it looks sick. I hope they don't cost more than Roll Design front lobo kit $2500. Because i'd rather get those arms with axis shocks than any dress up item ever. I heard fullbore is also going to be putting out a clear plastic, have you heard anything about those and the price.

The raptor you have seen is not the same bike. Big-D on a retail level the full set of Chrome Plastic would cost about 3K.....rest assured I did not pay nearly that much. The main reason I will not post how much I paid for them is because I bought them at wholesale. You also have to realize that some folks are better off than others........what seems expensive to some does not to others. I read a post on this site once titled "I hate rich people" (I don't consider myself "rich" by the way) the kid went on to bag on a guy about how much money he had dumped into his machine........In reading the post clearly the kid just seemed to be a jealous little *****.....I love to surf the forums here........but I find it sad that one must wade through a lot of useless post to get find some really useful info. I admit I should not have added the "don't ask how much to my post" I realize now that it was just an invitation to ask "how much".

Holly shi* $3000 retail, I don't think you have too worry about seeing any of those to often, your quad will defitnely be Unique and get much attention. We both ride in Glamis, so I'm sure i will spot you at the drags pretty easily. You'll have probably the only chrome raptor. I like the clear what is the wait for a set of those for the 400ex? About the money issue, if you got the money spend it and brag (I would, if people get jealous tell them you worked for it), you probably earned it. No hard feelings.
P.S. I have some of your products and one of your So Cal shirts (good products).

You have us confused with SoCalQuad Racing....Aaron his group are into the whole MX thing....We find that stuff a little "Pretty Boy" for our taste. We are just a rowdy group that rides dunes and desert......

my mistake I didn't know there were two so cal quad companies. I don't think there stuff is a little "pretty boy." Here you are talking about $3000 plastics. Then there billet products are "pretty boy," they are the same thing all companies are putting out, only difference they say So Cal quads, instead of Baldwin Motorsports or whatever company it may be. What's wrong with Mx? I ride dunes and moto, and even an occasional trail riding. I wouldn't diss any of them.

I find that desert racers are really more intersested in testing themselves and their machines vs. the MX guys that have this macho testosterone driven ego to bet the guy next to them so they can kiss the "trophy girl".

MX out here is alot different........I went to Loretta Lynns a few years ago and I attend a few races just north of Kennesaw GA.......the vibe out east is completely different......I think it is because the sport (MX)is well rooted on the east coast and mid-west. I am not saying that it is new here just in a much younger phase of it growth.

i am kinda with him on the pretty boy thing. they all have to have a 3/4 ton diesel pickup lifted anywhere from 6 to 8 inches. spiked frosted hair, expensive ***** sunglasses, and can get any of the fine riding groupies. just my take on things. of course if i won $$ i would buy a nice pickup too. but i would use it for more than to haul a 300 lb bike from the garage, to the track and back. i dont mean to hurt any feelings but thats what i see.

i bleive that ANY type of racing is pushin their selves, and that not one type is easier than another type, it is all VERY hard, and should not be downed apon in anyway, becuase u prob havnt tried it before, i hav triend TT, MX, and a verision of XC me and my cosin created (not officail stuff), anyway, they are all very hard in their own ways, so jus try something before u ripp on it

I grew up racing ATV's and dirtbikes......I have raced MX, XC, Baja (SCORE and SNORE) hE!! I have even raced against my Cousin (Spelled correctly). The only thing I have not done is TT........I think those guys have the biggest balls in the world! Hey that raptor is lookin bad...i love the orange frame...i love ORANGE YEAH....oh and about that clear plastic stuff...is it stricktly for sand...cuz if you went through a little mud...you could see through it and would have to take off the plastic everytime and clean inside it....that would be retarted.
