My bike had leager's a arms on them and they have grease points on them. How often should I grease them and with what grease? Also I probably need to grease my axle is there any instruction on how to do that or what it consist of. I just was told by some people that is a big thing to be overlooked by most and can cause a lot of problems.

For a rule of thumb I would grease them every time you do an oil change. I just use standard automotive grease. Do you have a grease pump?

Yes i have a large one. I have seen the small ones as well would you suggest a shot each time I change my oil with a large one or small one. I don't want to blow any seals or any thing.
