manual timing chain tensioner

Does anyone know if they make a Manual timing chain tensioner for a 04 400ex. Also what is envoled in instailling it or is it better to just get a heavy duty chain?

I'm not sure if there's one available but some people here have made their own. It wasn't long ago that this was mentioned, if you search the site a bit it should come up.
