(my EX= 416,hotcam2,hmf slip-on,k&n filter)
What would reccomended jetting be for 25 degrees(give or take)??

42 pilot , 155 or 160 if you are running with or with the lid. clip in fourth notch from top.

160 with lid off
What is stock jetting??

stock jetting is 38 pilot 148 main and 2 1/2 turns out of the A/F screw.
I take it your in wisconsin so

First put in a 42 pilot that will cure the cold starting problems. Then put in a 155 main with the lid off first, if it's popping on decel or backfiring bad then you need to go to the 160 main with the lid off. I think with your cam being in there you might have to start with the 160 first. But just try in the way I said it. If your still running lean with the 160 try a 165 main. You should'nt have to go higher than that.

Or if you want you can just use my jetting on my sig it's jetted for 20 degree weather right on.
