Speed controler?

Someone tryed telling me there is a speed controler on a raptor..is this true? I dont think there is but I better check before I go blabing my mouth

So it looks like you gain about 4 MPH with a stock engine. Not 20 MPH like this guy is trying to tell me

Is this only true with the 700R or does the 660R have this sensor as well?
