LRD Exhaust

Hey does anyone here have the full LRD 400ex exhaust on their quad? If so how do you like it? How does it perform and sound vs. other full exhausts? Any other info would be appreciated

i dont have one on my bike but i have heard them at mx races before its got a deep sound to it not too loud. but its got more of a deeper sound not loud and crackly

the one i have sounds like a exaust on a 5hp lawn mower engine and after a while the chrome head pipe looks like crap, on the other hand my fat boy four sounds great and the stanless head pipes look killer

well maybe im wrong lol... sparks sounds good on a 400 i do know that for sure. just incase you were wondering.

I have the pipe and I totally love it!! The sound is awesome it has that low snort. Its petty loud though! The head pipe if you get it cromed I think is cool cuz it looks like titanium after you ride on it for a little while, its like a blueish purple!! Everyone I ride with says they like it and they want one!!

WHich pipe is that the newest one? Is that the chrome or the ceramic coated one. Could you pic what color you wanted the silencer to be and how much did that cost? Thanks

the one in roosting's pic is the 2002 pipe. I have one and I like the power the mine did not fit for *****, and I would never go with another one.

mine is the new pipe!! I dont know if you can choose not!! Its cromed!! I paid $395 . Hey dude you do or do not like it!! I love mine I dont bog down in the turns anymore!!

the hetricks race pipe and the lrdlook the same. i love the sound and the power of the hetricks and lrd. there really one of the best pipe made for racing.

I have the older style. mine gave wicked gains. i had a t-4 and was amazed with the low end gains i got from it. when i put on the lrd i kept the wicked bottom end and got just as much of a top end increace.

yea i tried startin in 3rd gear and it pulled all the way through it didnt bog at all!!

how much did you pay for your hetrick?? im gonna buy a new exhaust system and i have it narrowed down to either curtis sparks, tc, or hetrick but not sure which.

340 dollars..well worth the money.. this is for the 300ex which i belive is what you want

i bought mine like 2 months ago it was 330 for a 300ex maybe they raised it i dunno but the pipe is great!
