Bad news, the hood doesn't match the fenders. I'm going to the carbon fiber nose. There is good news though my head should be back from DASA next week.

I've got white Maiers and the same Quadtech hood and I MADE it fit :)

With the hood off I bolted the fenders up and zip tied the two fenders together as tight as I could and let it sit overnight. This morning it bolted up pretty good. I'll still probably zip tie a couple of the holes that aren't used to pinch it a little while the hood is on.

It WILL work, but not bolt on ready!

How did the color match up because the Quad Tech hood is off white, where the factory plastics are a refrigerator white.

Well I figured out what caused it not to shift.( I have to remember it's not a 250r ) Now I have to reassemble and the clutch side and keep breaking in the engine. My graphics will be in Friday I'm hoping they look good. I'm going with the elsinore kit for now if they don't look right I need to come up with some thing else.

Just got back from the first ride. The suspension worked even better than before ( I know it's in my head ). The engine pulls from the bottom and never stops till the limiter. It's easier to ride than before.

I don't know if I can finish a full race after being off since the worcs race in pismo in Oct but I'm going to giver her hell.:cool:

y didnt you use the white quadtech hood that woulda been swt looking

The white doesn't match and there's a gap of an 1/8" in the bottom corners when you look at it from the sides. May try another hood
