hey guys..... can i use the oem stock front motor mounts (89) and oem stock engine headstay on an aftermarket narrow front laeger frame (96) ? are they a direct bolt-on or do they need to be modified to fit ? thanks in advance.

yes, on my narrow framed leager, all the stock parts worked just fine. Goodluck!

Norcal-- i forgot one thing, the only part that is near impossible to use is the oem steering stem. the frame rails are so narrow at the bottom that its hard to use the stock bolting system. you have to grind the bolt to nearly nothing. get a leager pro trax stem. Goodluck!:D

corvettez06 ... is your frame a cr500 link ? if so, does it have a rear motor mount ?

All Laeger CR500 links have the rear lower motor mount right above the linkage mounting point.

Norcalduner, sorry I did not get back to you about my Laegers frame, I have ben too lazy to pull it apart. Might just keep it.
