burgard!!??

i broke an arm a few weeks ago and ordered my new arm from burgard probably 2 weeks ago...the guy said it would take 3 days, when i checked on it 3 days ago the guy said it should be here on tuesday or wed., but it never came? they're hard to get in touch with and have been nothing but a hassle...im not putting them down i like their products, but they need to step it up. has this happened to anyone else? when should i expect it to arrive?

alot of companies wont even sell you a replacement arm:(

the holidays always throw a wrench in things, no matter what company, it always causes delays so hopefully your part will arrive asap.

this has happened countless times with burgard on numerous sites. theyre a site sponsor on sites also. in my opinion if you cant run business correctly then you shouldnt be a site sponsor. people buy from site sponsors to support them, and what do they get? apparently nothing lol, not even the products they bought. it has been going on for years with them. hopefully youll get your product soon though! i'll never buy another product from them ever.

Theres more examples around also. theyre products are said to be good, but their service sucks.
