hrc power-up

there is a honda at my dealer that is really nice. it is an 06 elec start with an hrc power-up kit. it puts out 48.9 hp. it costs 5500. is this a good deal? i realy want to buy one but i dont want to get ripped. thanks for your help.

If it has the stock muffler I don't think it has 48.9hp. But 06's are really nice bikes and for like 400 you can have a kick start to.
