your frame and subframe are at the strippers. as soon as it is stripped I can begin work on it.

the small parts will be worked on as they flow through the process.

i havent looked it over for cracks yet so i will check it out. i am NOT gusseting this frame correct? I didnt see that on any of the paperwork but figured i would ask

I am bouncing between frames and small parts today. As I come to parts of the same color I have been running batches of both. I am working my way towards your small parts, but it will still be a few days

wow that looks relly good i'm going to have to have you do some more stuff so the rest of my wheeler will look as good as that

have you ever had a problum with powdercoat chipping or anything when you use a preshur washer?

no in regards to the power washer, but if it the pressure washer was held too close on an area that was damaged prior or on an area where the powdercoating started or stopped (like and edge of an area that was masked) i can see where the pressure could lift the coating.

ive been working extremely hard to lay down the powder as smooth as i can. some parts just wont take it due to the texture of or in the metal, others come out smooth as glass:p
