I'm looking into the itp baja wheels and I was wondering if the reinforceing rings are weak and bend if you hit a rock. Also if there are wheels out there like the itp bajas but with a polished ring with a black rim? Or even a bead lock wheel with that color combo.

I have the baja's and I don't think they are wreak, course I don't do any rock riding either, they should be strong thats what there meant for. OMF has a scalloped beadlock that is suppose to be very good, try there website OMFperformance.com

I ran them on my 300ex all race season. I race in D-6 and the racers from there will tell you how nasty our tracks are. Heres how they look after a year of riding.

I went riding with a friend of mine just yesterday and he was showing me how poor the Baja's are. He runs them on his LT-R450 and he has bent two of them and they are all looking pretty bad because they are the black ones that get all scratched and chipped. I'd recommend going Douglas or OMF if you want beadlocks. There's also Hiper, if you have the money.
