What offset are they, and are they 4x144 bolt pattern? (I believe thats what the honda bolt pattern is)

They are 4/1 offset and they are 4-144 bolt pattern that is correct that is the honda bolt pattern

Sorry $1600 it will get re powdercoated any color you want, It has a brand new knuckle with about 1-2 rides on it. Also has a frshly rebuilt rear shock.

There is absolutly nothing wrong with this set-up. It sells for $2700 new. And when you get it it will be in new shape with new needle bearing and new powdercoat.
