04 450r spuddering on top. NEED HELP!!

Well i have been trying to jet my 04 450r for the winter and it just isnt working. I have a Yoshimura Tri Oval system, and a uni filter. I put a 175 MJ, and a 50 pilot. I have the AF screw 3 turns out. When I get up in the higher RPM's it will spit and spudder. It is like right before the rev limiter. It is around 20-35 degrees. Please help me!!.

if it wont rev out main is prob too big, if you still have airbox lid on you can try to remove it and get some more air in.
