What car would you rather have a Nissan 240sx 1995-1998 or a Mitsubishi Eclipse RS or GS 1995-1999

Heres a thought.... screw getting a car. Theyre worthless anyways. Can't go anywhere in the winter, cant kill deer and throw them in the bed, can't haul anything.. Do yourself a favor and get a 4x4 truck. Theyre much more practical.

Youve got a point. Gas is killer, but its worth it to me. I get roughly 13 mpg, but thats with a 6.0l v-8 and 4:10 gears. You can pull 18mpg out of a 5.3l silverado.. I'd never buy a 4 cyl truck, because I've driven quite a few 6 cylinder trucks and theyre severely lacking in power. Not too long ago, one of my good friends bought a 1998 camaro with like 55,000 miles and it was in mint condition. He drove it for about 3 months and absolutely hated it. It was cool when it was 80 degrees out and you could take out the T tops and cruise around, but in the rain, or snow, or mud, or bumps for that matter, it was worthless... He couldnt take it hunting, he had to call me and bum a ride. Well he traded that in on a 2000 silverado z71 with a 5.3l and loves it. Like I said, he gets around 18 mpgs and he says its the best decision hes ever made....

agree with with most of the people get a truck. you cant go riding with out a truck. the only down side is the gas mileage, i get 12mpg with my truck

thats bs. ive towed my race car with my civic. neighbor tows jet ski w/ an accord. buddy tows dirt/street bikes w/ a wrx. you dont need a truck to go riding.

And my 2.2 Dakota gets 22-25mpg fools, LoL, and I haul quad and stuff in it.

save up longer and get an a4, and if u cant afford one get a gsx. turbo all wheel drive is the only way to go.

if you want a car that will run get the 240, i had an eclipse..... lots of problems. i bought a 2001 Honda CRV 4wd. its great on gas i get about 25mpg average. its great in the snow. and suprisingly pretty quick for a 2.0 (its 5 speed) it will hang with my buddies v6 stang and a 4.3 s-10.

I'm not saying I hate cars, I almost bought an 02 camaro z28 witht the ls1 and a 6 speed. Ive seen lots of people buy cars and hate them, so I'm just offering advice from what I have experienced. Buy a truck, you wont be dissappointed.

Out of those two cars, go with the 240sx, twin turbo vs n/a engine. If youe are considering a turbo get the gst or gsx. the 4g63 t engine is way better than the 420a.
