STEEL not "steal" braided.

On my +2+1 janssens, I had to go w/ extended lines. Most of the time u can get away w/ stock lines.

You can get away with using stock lines... you wont be able to clamp them to your a-arms because you wont have enough slack. But I would get some longer ones eventually;)

Keep a close eye on ebay. I picked up two sets of braided steel brakes line for $.99 each (both in essentially new condition). Remember, they don't have to be from a 400ex or even a Honda for that matter just as long as they are not too short. The set on my 416ex came off of a Raptor.

just go with steel braided brake lines, they give you a better feel and dont expand like stock ones.

On my +2 a-arms they did not fit. Just be careful if you do try to use the stock ones they may fit but can you turn the handlebars without them ripping in two because that is what happened to me and you do not want to miss a whole day of riding for a stupid mistake like that. I have the dual steel braided brake lines and I love them. Also one more thing when I ordered my brake lines I didn't order plus 2 I ordered plus 3 so that I can have even more slck especially if you are getting a longer stem or aftermarket handlebars.

I also have a +1 houser stem. Would that make a diff

It does make a difference because of the fact that you have another inch that you need to account for.

A while ago i found a car web site that sold drag car parts and they also sold steel braided break lines for 4 wheelers and bikes and it was i think $49 front and back. But I cant find the site any more.
