My 11 year old son skates. He rides a board called Toledo. Industrial trucks. Spitfire wheels. Red bearings. This board is really holding up. I've never seen one take a beating like this. It's lasted about 4 months. No splits on the ends at all! We'll definately stick with Toledo's. He had a Krown before. It's junk.

i dont think ive heard of toledo boards...where u git them? My boards already chippin' on tha nose, and ive had it 4 like 2 weeks.

Has anyone seen the Lords of Dogtown movie? I just finished watching it last night and thought it was awesome. I used to skateboard a little bit back in the 80's when Powell Peralta and the Bonesbrigade were popular. It's amazing how much it has changed over the years.

I skated till last year when i broke my leg. It doesnt have the strength to do it anymore.

Well like stunt_69, ive been skating for about 4 years off and on. It may seem like something thats not physical or much of a work out, but it will work your *** off!!

I used to skate alot. Went to Woodward skate camp and ****. But then just lost all interest in it.

my cousin rides bmx. He got a free trip out to woodward skate park because he won some contest or somthing.

I was jk about the whole gay skater thing. Just moast all skaters around my area are complete dumb arses!

theres not many real skaters where i live, Just me, leadman, and a few others. Tha rest are posers. Tha few of us who take it seriously keep it real. We are, in a sense, jackasses, but we dont act like flat out a$sholes, i guess.

ive started skating when i was like ten stopped last year when i got my quad but now im starting again...


before i stopped i had 2 flip boards with grind kings,spitfire wheels and bones bearings

now i have a baker,same grind kings,tensor,and flip wheels with bones bearings..

ive been doing it on and off since i was like 9 or 10, all summer long i skate, and then fall/winter i stop due to snow, and then pick it back up in the summer. as of now i ride a baker deck on venture trucks with zero black widow bearings on world ind. wheels

i ride bmx more though

True stunt, I hate posers and when everybodys in to the lifestyle, but never been on a board, it pisses me off.

i agree with you

im not the best skater, i can kickflip, 180, ollie down stairs, stuff like that. and when im skating around people that are all talk and there like "i wanna see you skate poser" and when i dont do something so big that theyre impressed im a so called poser. and then then when its their turn to impress me, they always have excuses.
