O my god that is a wicked sweet 400ex. I love the curtis Sparks pipe it is so cool looking. I have either been thinking about getting that one or getting a Tc pipe. I don't like my Bills anymore.The curtis pipes are so expensive.

the front are stock 400 tires i got with the rims, they look weird cuz i put tape on them so they wouldent wear out to and fromt he trails on the road and the backs are bandits, the graphics are the old ceet ones with ct racing decals on them, thanks i try to make it look as good as some of the 400s on here, just over look all the dirt

i should have it rolling in the next few weeks, then i have to get hte motor aligned in there and everything where it fits, i have to get exhuast made. Then once i have it going and veerything is right im tearing it down and chroming, painting, polsighing it! should be done by decemebr to january

all in all i have to say the moto . at the track i run at i just have to shift one time from 2nd to 3rd . i know its sounds like B.S.

on the R i was shifting all the time . and yes it was geared right .
i been racing the R for the past 6 years . i knew that quad inside and out .

the dale jumps better and the center of mass on it is right at the pegs . so in the air you can just flick it around its so odd to be able to do that as easy as you can .

not that the R was bad but the mass on that was in front of you feet .

i know it sounds like a small thing but if you can come of a jump bad and just mover the quad thats realy nice .

and i know a few people knock the dale and thats fine but i would never have droped my R for a lesser quad .

haha you took your husbands front tires and gave him the stock 300ex fronts. how do you like those 20" razors do you notice much diference from going from a 22" to a 20"? you know what would look really good on your 300 and your 400, polishing your nerfs i did mine last week and they look awsome and since you have dg nerfs your might want to get the mounts either powder coated or spray paint the in clear or the color you want before they start to rust.
oh yeah is that raptor a new adition to your family?

as for my nerfs i just used mothers mag and aluminium polish and did it a coulpe of times
and for the front tires i thought the 400ex came with radials and the 300 was just non radial tires.

Here is my new "color scheme" For 2 years I have been trying to figure out what I wanted to do with my quad. I told some friends about going with a white chassis and red plastics....they said it would look like *****. WELL.....I came across this pic a couple weeks ago, and WOW!!!!! I was right! Well, not too bad. It is basically stock, except for the exhaust and a Uni filter. The quad itself is pretty light compared to a stocker. I weighed it over the summer and it came in at 375lbs. That was a half tank of fuel. I just ran it other day against a 2002 400EX with a K%N , jet kit, Big Gun slip-on. He got the jump (2-3 bike lengths thru 3rd) then we stayed right there the rest of the way to top speed. when we both were wound out, same distance as at the start, he didn't pull anymore and I didn' gain any on him. My brother also has a 400EX, K&N, jetted, E-series. same results. I think it would take a bone stock 400ex. Oh, BTW my younger brother's All original, bone stock 350X Trike, Also dead even, till I get up to 4th, then I kinda start pullin a bit on him. Never ran em out to the limiters.
