I just did a complete rebuild, and I have a Honda 400EX which is now a
416 this is what I had done. oversized Kibblewhite valves, stage 2 hot cam, 87 mm weisco piston, full system whitebrothers E series exhuast, and the 39 MM FCR. I keep fowling plugs ever ride, and the float bowl is always loaded up?????? what should I change. Also I installed on of the airfuel mixture screws (aftermarket) so I could get to it easier. Could that be letting to much fuel get in? I got the carb Brand Spankin new from SParks Racing, and they said it would be setup perfect for my bike, but I think it need some fine tuning.
